Establishment of Stream Labs in existing model schools across multiple regions including Karachi Hyderabad Sukkur Larkana Mirpurkhas and Shaheed Benazirabad on package wise basis covering multiple schools per region as detailed in bidding documents - procurement includes supply installation and development of lab infrastructure equipment and related works - bids invited under single stage two envelope procedure through electronic submission via e-PADS portal with mandatory indication of lot number - bidders must be registered with NTN and GST and comply with Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 amended - tender fee of PKR 5000 per lot required along with bid security of 2 percent of quoted amount in form of pay order demand draft or bank guarantee valid up to 90 days beyond bid validity - manual bids not accepted unless electronically submitted - original bid security and required documents to be delivered physically before deadline - technical bids to be opened at 03:00 PM on same day - in case of non response extended submission allowed till 20 May 2026 with same opening time - eligibility criteria experience requirements and further details provided in bidding documents Pro Tip Ensure complete electronic submission with correct lot selection and timely delivery of bid security documents to avoid disqualification
