Renovation of civil dispensary at Kachallah Wah District Sibi under development initiative program including building repair and improvement works as per CSR 2023 - procurement through single stage two envelope bidding procedure under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and PEC bylaws - bidders must have PEC registration category C6 or above with CE10 specialization valid NTN sales tax and BRA registration - tender fee 1000 PKR and bid security 2 percent required - bids to be submitted before deadline with opening on same day and validity of 90 days Pro Tip Ensure valid PEC registration and tax compliance documents are attached
