Construction and execution of clean drinking water supply schemes for all union councils in Balochistan including infrastructure works as per composite schedule rates 2023 - procurement through single stage two envelope electronic bidding procedure via EPPS under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 - bidders must be active taxpayers registered with BRA and have at least one similar project with turnover of 700000000 PKR in last 10 years - bid security 4 percent required in form of bank guarantee or deposit at call with submission through electronic system and opening on same day Pro Tip Ensure compliance with financial turnover and submission of bid security to avoid disqualification
