Description
Sealed tenders invited for running cafeteria on contract basis under single stage one envelope procedure for financial year 2026-27 – contractor must have minimum five years experience in running cafeteria in residential institutions with proven reputation – provision of quality food items including breakfast lunch dinner refreshments and daily use items required – contractor must provide experience certificates signed by heads of relevant institutions – requirement of proper facilities including crockery furniture cleanliness hygienic environment and efficient management – bidder must quote rates as per tender list – bid security amount of PKR 100000 in form of call deposit mandatory – annual rebate to be paid in advance while rebate and electricity bills payable monthly – bids will be evaluated on market rates experience capability and service quality – blacklisted firms not eligible
