Sealed tenders invited under single stage one envelope procedure as per AJK PPRA Rules 2017 for financial year 2025-26 including repair of machinery and equipment repair of vehicles procurement of medical surgical equipment and procurement of plant and machinery – tender documents available against non refundable fee of PKR 2000 – firms must be registered financially sound and active taxpayers – non filer firms will be rejected and previous year tax return required – AJK tax registration certificate mandatory – bids must include complete documentary evidence as per bidding documents – rates valid till 30-06-2026 and supplier bound to supply at quoted rates – separate bids required for each category – evaluation based on technical and financial proposals as per schedule – procuring authority reserves right to reject any or all bids under PPRA rules
