Sealed e-bids invited under single stage single envelope procedure for construction of boundary wall for hospital facility in District Haveli Kahuta – contractors must be PEC registered for 2025-26 in category C-6 and above with specialization code CE-10 and endorsed by relevant department for e-bidding – estimated cost 17.844 million with bid security 0.540 million – completion period 180 days – electronic bidding on percentage basis above or below as per schedule rates – bidders must upload scanned call deposit from scheduled bank and submit original within two days after opening – foreign bidders allowed only through joint venture with local firms as per PEC rules – blacklisted firms not eligible and affidavit required – bids must be submitted electronically by 08-05-2026 at 10:00 AM and opened on same day – procuring authority reserves right to reject any or all bids under PPRA rules
