Procure furniture and fixtures including all related items as per bidding documents through single stage two envelope procedure using EPADS system ensuring institutional furnishing requirements - bidders must be registered with Income Tax General Sales Tax and Provincial Sales Tax authorities and must be registered with PPRA for e procurement - bids must be submitted electronically by uploading PDF files and quoting item wise rates online with original bid security in form of CDR submitted physically before deadline - bid opening will be conducted in presence of bidders representatives with strict compliance requirements and rejection possible in case of false documentation - estimated cost is 59.227 million PKR with earnest money 2961350 PKR and completion period of 02 months - Pro Tip: ensure accurate online submission and timely physical submission of bid security to avoid disqualification
