Description
Procure two laptops for office use through single stage one envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using EPADS system ensuring IT equipment availability - bidders must be registered with tax authorities and submit bids electronically with bid security of 12500 PKR representing 2 percent of estimated cost 625000 PKR in form of CDR or pay order with original submission required - bids must be complete signed stamped and submitted online with opening conducted same day in presence of bidders representatives and non compliant bids will be rejected - Pro Tip: attach readable bid security and ensure proper registration on EPADS before submission
