Procurement for construction of multiple infrastructure facilities including academic blocks examination block multipurpose hall cafeteria library and external development works under PSDP funded project through single stage two envelope procedure bidders must possess PEC registration in required categories and submit bid security at 2 percent of engineer estimate additional security applicable for below estimate bids electronic submission via EPADS mandatory with compliance to KPPRA Rules 2014
