Interior Decoration Digital Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of interior decoration and display items including - panaflexes - digital clocks - curtains for institutional facilities to enhance functional aesthetics and time display systems with an estimated cost of 590000 and earnest money of 29500 required. Bidding will be conducted through single stage one envelope method via E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System EPADS and bids must be submitted electronically while original bid security in the form of CDR pay order or demand draft must be submitted physically before opening. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM and only accumulative rates for the complete package will be considered for evaluation. Eligible bidders must be registered with GST and Income Tax authorities and must upload all required documents including tax certificates as specified in bidding documents.
