Procurement of fully managed IPCC and CRM call center services including complete setup operation and service delivery as per specifications under single stage two envelope procedure via EPADS. Bids must be submitted electronically with bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost in form of demand draft pay order call deposit or bank guarantee submitted before deadline.
