Procurement Of Call Center Management Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of fully managed IPCC and CRM call center services including complete setup operation and service delivery as per specifications under single stage two envelope procedure via EPADS. Bids must be submitted electronically with bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost in form of demand draft pay order call deposit or bank guarantee submitted before deadline. Technical proposals will be opened first followed by financial proposals after evaluation and bids will remain valid for 180 days. Eligible bidders must comply with all documentation requirements.
