Consultancy Design Review Construction Supervision Petroleum Institute Tender Notice
Description
Engagement of consulting firm for design review and construction supervision services for establishment of Institute of Petroleum Technology District Karak under PSDP project using Quality Cum Cost Based Selection method. Consultants are required to submit separate sealed technical and financial proposals in English including original and copies through EPADS system before deadline. Technical proposals will be opened shortly after submission time. RFP documents can be obtained on payment of prescribed fee and firms must be registered with KPRA. Procurement will follow KPPRA Rules and evaluation criteria as defined in RFP documents. Pro Tip Ensure submission of complete technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes with EPADS compliance to meet evaluation criteria.
