Sniper Rifles Ammunition Procurement Ctd Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of weapons and ammunition on lot basis including - .308 sniper rifles with accessories - .338 sniper rifles with accessories - 5.56 x 45mm ammunition for M4 green tip 62 grains - .338 ammunition along with all required accessories and technical specifications as defined in bidding documents. Bidding will be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 where bidders must submit separate technical and financial bids electronically via EPADS for each lot and contracts will be awarded on lot basis. Bidders are required to submit technical samples for each lot along with scanned bid security and original bid security instruments separately in prescribed form before deadline. Bid securities are required at 3 percent of estimated cost for each lot including PKR 1782000 for lot 1 PKR 810000 for lot 2 PKR 747900 for lot 3 and PKR 750000 for lot 4. Only eligible bidders registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax Sales Tax Punjab Sales Tax holding professional tax certificate and registered on EPADS may participate and must ensure complete signed stamped and responsive bids otherwise bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened at 12:00 PM in presence of bidders or their representatives. Pro Tip: Prepare separate complete bid packages for each lot including samples and bid securities and ensure early upload on EPADS to avoid last minute technical issues leading to rejection.
