It Equipment Ups Cctv Cmit Punjab Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IT equipment on lot basis including - UPS 1KVA for desktop PCs - UPS 3KVA for video conferencing systems - CCTV turnkey solution including supply installation and commissioning as per specifications defined in bidding documents. Bidding will be conducted through single stage two envelope method where bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals electronically via EPADS in a single package and separate bids must be submitted for each lot otherwise bids will be considered non responsive. Eligible bidders must be manufacturers authorized agents dealers or distributors registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Punjab Sales Tax authorities and must be registered on EPADS. Bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost is mandatory including PKR 54000 for lot 1 and PKR 90000 for lot 2 to be submitted in shape of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order along with original instrument before deadline. Bids will be opened at 2:30 PM in presence of bidders or their representatives. Pro Tip: Ensure each lot is quoted completely with all required items and submit separate compliant bids with correct bid security instruments to avoid automatic disqualification.
