Construction Manpower Materials Survey Of Pakistan Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of goods services and materials on lot basis including - provision of construction manpower and vehicle services - supply of construction materials - plumbing sanitary and electrical materials required for project implementation across 14 locations nationwide. Bidding will be conducted through single stage one envelope procedure where bidders must submit electronic bids via EPADS along with original earnest money in the form of bank draft for each lot. Eligible bidders must be manufacturers suppliers or contractors registered with relevant tax authorities having valid GST NTN and active taxpayer status. Bids must be prepared in accordance with bidding documents and will be opened at 11:00 AM in presence of bidders or their representatives. Pro Tip: Ensure submission of both electronic bid and original earnest money instrument for each lot before deadline to avoid disqualification due to non compliance.
