Stationery It Equipment Hardware Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure goods under framework contracts including stationery items - computer stationery items - IT equipment - hardware - software - plant and machinery ensuring supply as per specifications and operational requirements. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS using open competitive bidding single stage two envelope procedure where technical and financial bids must be submitted separately with proper labeling and evaluated accordingly. Financial bid must be accompanied by bid security up to 3% and performance guarantee 2% of estimated cost in the form of CDR pay order or demand draft submitted before bid opening. Bids will be opened at 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM in presence of bidders representatives. Eligible bidders must be registered with income tax GST and Punjab sales tax and must provide all required documents as per bidding documents. Pro Tip: Ensure all required documents and bid securities are submitted correctly before opening to avoid rejection.
