Construction And Renovation Works For Educational Institutio Tender Notice
Description
Execute civil works including establishment of a government college building - construction of classrooms with furniture and washrooms - and renovation repair and maintenance of public sector colleges ensuring infrastructure development and facility improvement as per approved DNIT and specifications. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using e-tendering and item rate contract method under PPRA rules with bids submitted electronically only. Bidders must be PEC registered contractors having relevant category and specialized codes CE09 CE10 and must submit bids along with earnest money equal to 5% of estimated cost in the form of CDR bank draft or cashier cheque before bid opening. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM in presence of authorized representatives. Pro Tip: Ensure PEC registration with required specialized codes and timely submission of 5% earnest money to avoid disqualification.
