Sewerage Crown Failure Repair Multan Tender Notice
Description
Execute civil repair works for sewerage infrastructure including repair of crown failures at multiple locations such as Rangeel Pur - Madrasa Rahemia - Hassan Town - Battala Godam Suraj Kund Road - Gujar Bhany Wali Street - Old Shujabad Road opposite petrol pump - Al Sadiq Public School wali street - and 72 inch diameter sewer line ensuring restoration of sewerage system functionality and public sanitation services. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure where technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically in separate formats and only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. Bids must include earnest money at 2% of estimated cost in the form of call deposit receipt uploaded online and submitted in original before opening. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Eligible bidders must be PEC registered contractors in relevant category and comply with PPRA rules and documentation requirements.
