Faisalabad Signal Free Corridor Tender Notice
Description
Construct major road infrastructure project including remodeling signal free corridor along QE Sammundri Road and construction of underpass along RB Canal at Novelty Pull and D Type Chowk with complete civil works execution and engineering development activities. Procurement shall follow single stage two envelope procedure requiring submission of technical and financial proposals through EPADS with strict compliance to evaluation criteria and documentation requirements. Technical bids will be opened first and financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be evaluated subsequently. Bid security in the form of earnest money at 5 percent of estimated cost is mandatory along with submission of original instruments before opening. Eligibility includes PEC registration in relevant categories valid tax registrations affidavits and compliance with PPRA rules. Bid opening time is specified for technical proposals and financial bids will follow after evaluation.
