Description
Procure school uniforms notebooks and stationery including reading and writing materials for multiple schools ensuring supply and distribution across designated locations with required samples and quality compliance. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial bids submitted electronically via EPADS with technical bids opened first and financial bids opened later for technically qualified bidders. Earnest money is required lot wise in specified amounts through CDR or pay order and bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant authorities. Bid opening time for technical proposals is specified while financial bid opening will be communicated later.
