Urban Beautification And Infrastructure Improvement Works In Tender Notice
Description
Execute beautification and infrastructure improvement works across multiple rural locations including Baghbana Matta Bachai Badabhera Surizai and surrounding areas involving civil works development and urban enhancement activities. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure requiring submission of technical and financial bids separately through EPADS with technical evaluation conducted first and financial bids opened for qualified bidders only. Bid security of 2 percent in call deposit form is mandatory and bidders must be PEC registered contractors meeting eligibility criteria.
