Air Cooled Chiller Tender Notice
Description
Procure supply installation commissioning test run training and allied works for air cooled process chiller of 15 TR capacity including complete system setup as per BOQ and technical specifications ensuring operational readiness and performance compliance. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage one envelope procedure requiring electronic submission of bids via EPADS in accordance with bidding documents. Bidders must be registered with tax authorities and active taxpayers and submit bids on F.O.R basis along with fixed earnest money of 660000 in prescribed form. Pre bid meeting is scheduled as per defined date and bids will be opened at specified time on EPADS in presence of bidders. Pro Tip: Carefully follow BOQ specifications and ensure timely electronic submission with correct earnest money to avoid disqualification.
