Description
Provide consultancy services including survey preparation of concept design development of bidding documents implementation supervision and handing over of pilot project for modern load dispatch centre along with integration and compatibility of SCADA system and communication network for multiple grid stations including expansion planning for additional grid stations transformers and transmission line bays ensuring full system compatibility. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals with evaluation based on technical compliance and financial criteria. Bid security of 10000 is required and bids will be opened at specified time following submission.
