Description
Procure bulk laboratory kits reagents and chemicals for healthcare facility operations ensuring availability of diagnostic and testing materials - includes supply of all required consumables and chemical reagents as specified in bidding documents - bidders must submit online bids under Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure with separate technical and financial proposals clearly marked - technical proposals will be opened first and financial proposals of technically non responsive bidders will be returned unopened - earnest money of 2 percent of estimated price in shape of call deposit receipt must be submitted with bids - bids must be submitted electronically and also placed in tender box before closing time while late or postal submissions will not be accepted - technical proposals will be opened in presence of bidders or authorized representatives if available - procurement governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 with eligibility based on technical financial and managerial capacity as detailed in documents Pro Tip Ensure all required documents including bid security and properly labeled envelopes are submitted to avoid disqualification
