Construction of additional classrooms in public schools provision of missing facilities and IT labs and reconstruction of dangerous buildings across Bahawalpur Multan and DG Khan divisions - includes large scale civil works and infrastructure development as per engineering specifications - bidding will follow single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals submitted electronically via e PADs - bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and submit bid security in form of CDR demand draft or pay order with scanned copy online and original submitted before deadline - pre bid meeting scheduled at specified address prior to submission - bids will be opened electronically after submission deadline and evaluated as per PPRA rules 2014 with correction of arithmetic errors - procurement governed under applicable procurement regulations Pro Tip Attend pre bid meeting and ensure compliance with submission format and bid security requirements
