Procurement of IT hardware and software systems including mid range servers data storage solution TOR switch management switch racks for servers with allied equipment and VEEAM data backup solution with three years subscription - includes supply installation and configuration of equipment as per specifications - bidding will be conducted through e PADs using single stage two envelope procedure with electronic submission only - bidders must submit bid security equal to 3 percent of estimated cost in acceptable financial instruments before closing time - pre bid meeting scheduled prior to submission date - bids will be opened on same day after submission deadline and evaluated under PPRA Rules 2014 - bidders must quote rates for each item in the lot otherwise bid will be considered non responsive Pro Tip Ensure complete item wise quotation and timely submission of bid security to avoid disqualification
