Construction of additional classrooms provision of missing facilities installation of IT labs and reconstruction of dangerous school buildings across Gujranwala Gujrat Rawalpindi and Sargodha divisions - includes large scale civil and infrastructure development works as per engineering specifications - bidding will be conducted through e PADs using single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial bids submitted electronically - bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and submit bid security in form of CDR demand draft or pay order with scanned copy online and original submitted at specified address before deadline - pre bid meeting scheduled prior to submission date - bids will be opened electronically on same day after submission time and evaluated under PPRA Rules 2014 with correction of arithmetic errors Pro Tip Attend pre bid meeting and ensure proper submission of bid security and required documents to avoid rejection
