Development scheme including establishment of 26 numbers of e bus stations under annual development program for financial year 2025 26 - includes civil and infrastructure works based on MRS bi annual 2026 and local market rates - bidding will be conducted through e PADs using single stage single envelope procedure - bidders must upload bids along with 5 percent earnest money in shape of CDR and submit original before opening time otherwise disqualification will apply - bids will be opened on same day in presence of contractors - conditional tenders will not be entertained and lowest cost method will be applied with additional performance security requirement if quoted rates fall below threshold Pro Tip Ensure submission of original CDR and compliance with financial security requirements to avoid forfeiture
