Construction and rehabilitation works including installation of tuff tiles and building works at Sub Office Tehsil Mailsi District Council Vehari - includes civil works as per DNIT and BOQs specifications - bidding will be conducted through e tendering system on e PADs under PPRA Rules using item rate basis - bidders must upload 5 percent earnest money in shape of CDR and submit original before opening time otherwise disqualification will apply - bids will be opened in presence of contractors at specified time and date - bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and submit complete financial bid with item wise rates otherwise bids will be declared non responsive - fake documents will lead to blacklisting and rejection Pro Tip Ensure complete and accurate BOQ entries and timely submission of bid security to avoid disqualification
