Procurement of security items installation of CCTV cameras hiring of transport services hiring of security and miscellaneous services purchase of equipment accessories and cooked food for public events including Muharram Chehlum Eid Milad un Nabi and other government events across district - includes multiple lots covering installation services transport arrangements security provisions and supply of goods - bidding will be conducted through e PADs using single stage two envelope procedure with electronic submission - bidders must submit bid security equal to 3 percent of estimated cost and provide original instrument before deadline - bids will be opened in presence of bidders at designated office - bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 with bid validity of 120 days Pro Tip Ensure submission of bid security and compliance with all eligibility requirements to avoid rejection
