Description
Procurement of hardware and equipment items under framework contract basis including supply of required equipment as per specifications - bidding will be conducted through e PADs using single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial bids - bidders must submit scanned and original bid security equal to 3 percent of estimated cost in acceptable instruments including CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order before deadline - bids must be submitted electronically and will be opened on same day in presence of bidders or representatives - bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including income tax sales tax and professional tax and submit complete documentation - procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 with requirement of performance guarantee for successful bidder Pro Tip Ensure submission of both scanned and original bid security along with complete documentation to avoid rejection
