Hiring of rental vehicle services on daily and monthly basis with and without drivers for education program operations - includes provision of various categories of vehicles including sedans SUVs and four wheel drive vehicles as per requirements - bidding will be conducted through e PADs using single stage single envelope procedure with electronic submission - bidders must submit bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost in acceptable instruments and provide original before opening time - bids will be opened electronically on same day - bidders must have valid NTN and sales tax registration and procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 Pro Tip Ensure submission of bid security and compliance with vehicle category requirements to avoid disqualification
