Procurement of warehouse equipment and office items including lifter machines computer tables chairs file cabinets pallets air conditioners LED TVs WiFi routers telephone sets printers desktop computers UPS water dispensers and CCTV camera systems with installation at multiple locations - includes supply installation and configuration of equipment as per specifications - bidding will be conducted through e PADs using single stage two envelope procedure - bidders must submit bid security equal to 3 percent of estimated cost and provide original before deadline - bids must be submitted electronically and will be opened on same day - bidders must provide tax registration certificates and samples or technical brochures where required - procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 Pro Tip Ensure submission of required samples and technical documentation along with bid security to avoid rejection
