Hiring of rental machinery including excavator machines front end loader tractors and hydraulic tractor trolleys for excavation dumpsite management and Eid ul Adha operations - includes provision of machinery services for waste management operations as per requirements - bidding will be conducted through e PADs using single stage one envelope procedure with electronic submission - bidders must submit bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost and provide original before deadline - pre bid meeting scheduled prior to submission date and bids will be opened electronically on same day - procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 Pro Tip Ensure attendance in pre bid meeting and timely submission of bid security to avoid disqualification
