Description
Provision of petroleum oil and lubricants through petrol pump for vehicles generators and installations including supply of petrol diesel and mobile oil under annual service arrangement - bidding will be conducted through e PADs using single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals - bidders must possess valid OGRA license and be registered with FBR and PRA having active NTN and PNTN - bids must be submitted electronically and accompanied by bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost in acceptable instruments including CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order with original submitted before deadline - bids will be opened on same day and only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial evaluation - procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 with bid validity of 90 days Pro Tip Ensure submission of valid OGRA license and original bid security to avoid disqualification
