Rehabilitation and repair works of Shahi Hammam in walled city including conservation of historical structure and restoration works as per heritage preservation standards - bidding will be conducted through e PADs using single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals - bidders must have experience in conservation of historical buildings and submit bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost in acceptable instruments with original submitted before deadline - bids must be submitted electronically and will be opened on same day in presence of bidders - procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 with bid validity of 90 days Pro Tip Ensure submission of relevant experience in conservation projects and complete documentation to avoid rejection
