Supply and delivery of library books for colleges across Baltistan Gilgit and Diamer Astore divisions including institution wise book lists as per annexure with delivery at designated offices in Skardu and Gilgit - procurement under GB PPRA Rules 2022 through single stage two envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals - bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax for minimum ten years active taxpayer status SECP or Form C registration and membership of Pakistan Publishers and Booksellers Association - submission requires typed financial proposal affidavit of non blacklisting and bid security equal to 3 percent of estimated cost in form of CDR attached with technical bid while successful bidder must provide 10 percent performance security - experience requirement includes at least five supply orders and physical bookshop verification Pro Tip Ensure complete documentation including affidavit experience certificates and typed financial bid to avoid disqualification
