Repair and maintenance of damaged transformers at PK-62 District Charsadda under ADP No 251262 Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative including electrical works as per MRS 2025 1st Bi Annual and non MRS items - procurement through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure requiring PEC registration with EE04 and EE05 codes PESCO registration and Inspectorate of Electricity Khyber Pakhtunkhwa license in category C or E - bidders must submit 2 percent bid security in form of call deposit receipt in favor of Assistant Director LG and RDD Tehsil Tangi with original submitted via courier before deadline - rates allowed as percentage above below or at par with engineer estimate and bids valid for 120 days Pro Tip Ensure timely courier submission of original bid security and upload complete rate analysis if quoting more than 20 percent below estimate
