Construction and installation works including - Installation of solar based irrigation tube wells at multiple locations with drilling and civil works - Construction of flood protection works and irrigation channel improvements - Installation of solar irrigation tube wells under development projects - Channelization dredging and desilting of waterways including Dolari Khwar Bada Khwar Polah Khwar Malak Abad Khwar Pabani Khwar Miani Khwar Topi Khwar Lahor Khwar Jalsai Khwar Thordher Khwar Manki Khwar Shagai Nullah Bullar Nullah and Jalsai Main Drain including tributaries under single stage single envelope procedure through EPADS requiring electronic submission of bids with scanned documents including CNIC PEC registration KPRA FBR enlistment and rate analysis where required with bid security at 2 percent in form of call deposit receipt submitted electronically and physically in sealed envelope with strict compliance to KPPRA notifications and rejection for incomplete submissions with eligibility requiring valid PEC license KPRA and FBR registration and relevant experience certificates of specified value for each work category with pre bid meeting scheduled on 06-05-2026 at 10:30 AM and bid opening at 11-05-2026 at 10:30 AM with evaluation based on above below system and performance criteria - Pro Tip Ensure submission of required performance certificates matching financial thresholds for each work category to avoid disqualification
