Supply of goods including - procurement and supply of solid waste storage containers for waste management operations using single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS requiring electronic submission of bids along with scanned documents and mandatory bid security equal to 2 percent of quoted amount in form of call deposit receipt issued by scheduled bank with original bid security submission in sealed envelope before deadline with bid opening on same day in presence of bidders and compliance with KPPRA procurement rules while incomplete or manipulated bids will be rejected and only registered bidders on EPADS with active tax status are eligible - Pro Tip Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of original bid security to avoid disqualification
