Construction works including flood protection wall at village Pishtonai VC Beha under sustainable development goals program using single stage single envelope procedure through EPADS requiring submission of bids electronically along with physical submission of bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost in form of call deposit receipt and submission of mandatory documents including PEC registration LCB registration CNIC NTN and KPRA status with bid opening scheduled at 02:00 PM on 13-05-2026 and evaluation based on responsiveness and compliance with KPPRA rules while incomplete or manipulated bids will be rejected - Pro Tip Ensure all required documents are properly attached and rates clearly written to avoid disqualification
