Provision of waste management services including hiring of excavator fleet vehicles and manpower for entire year covering waste collection disposal and special event sanitation activities using single stage single envelope procedure through EPADS requiring bidders registered with income tax sales tax and KPRA having relevant experience and own vehicles with submission of sealed bids along with bid security of 600000 rupees in form of call deposit receipt and electronic submission mandatory with bid opening scheduled at 11:30 AM on 11-05-2026 and clarification queries allowed till 05-05-2026 while non uploaded bids will be rejected and taxes applicable as per rules - Pro Tip Ensure both electronic submission and physical bid security submission to avoid disqualification
