Procurement of vehicle tyres including supply of tyres for institutional vehicles using EPADS based bidding process requiring bidders registered with FBR and KPRA with submission of 2 percent bid security in form of call deposit receipt in favor of institution and mandatory electronic submission of bids along with physical submission of CDR before deadline with bid opening scheduled at 10:30 AM on 07-05-2026 and only EPADS submitted bids considered valid while physical only submissions will be rejected and clarifications allowed through EPADS within stipulated time - Pro Tip Ensure timely submission of both EPADS bid and physical bid security to avoid rejection
