Construction of drinking water supply schemes including development of 20 DWSS units across various locations in Tehsil Makin South Waziristan Upper under single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS requiring contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with C and W Department with submission of bid security amounting to 790000 rupees and electronic submission of bids along with physical delivery of call deposit and documents before deadline with bid submission and opening scheduled on 07-05-2026 at 11:30 AM and 12:00 noon respectively including requirement of rate analysis for bids below threshold and compliance with KPPRA rules and taxation policies - Pro Tip Ensure submission of both electronic and physical bid security to maintain responsiveness
