Construction works including suspension bridges pedestrian bridges shingle roads footpaths protection walls water channels and solarization of mosque facilities under district uplift scheme using single stage single envelope procedure through EPADS requiring PEC registered contractors with submission of bids electronically and physically along with 2 percent bid security in form of call deposit receipt and compliance with KPPRA rules with bid submission scheduled on 13-05-2026 at 10:00 AM and opening at 2:00 PM including requirement of complete documentation and evaluation based on BOQ and engineer estimates - Pro Tip Ensure all BOQ entries are clearly written to prevent disqualification
