Request for quotation for direct seed sowing of forest plants and watch and ward for afforestation under Dasu Hydropower Stage I Project funded by International Development Association bidders vendors nursery growers must have valid registration with Federal Seed Certification and Registration Department and be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be on Active Taxpayers List of Federal Board of Revenue bidding will be conducted through World Bank Procurement Procedure using Request for Quotations RFQ interested bidders may obtain RFQ documents from office or download from websites bidders must acknowledge participation via email at least 2 days before submission commencement of work will be from 15 November 2026 and completion period is 1215 days sealed quotations must be submitted with bid security of not less than PKR 50000 in form of bank guarantee or call deposit receipt bids will be opened on same day in presence of representatives Pro Tip Ensure compliance with eligibility registration and bid security requirements before submission to avoid rejection
