Procurement Plant Machinery Vehicle Modification Services Tender Notice
Description
Punjab Counter Narcotics Force invites e bids from firms companies suppliers manufacturers authorized agents dealers distributors registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax for procurement of plant and machinery and modification of vehicles under financial year 2025 26 open competitive bidding procedure will be adopted under PPRA Rules and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022 through EPADS system bidders must submit technical and financial bids online including all taxes along with bid security equal to 3 percent of estimated cost in form of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order from scheduled bank in favour of Punjab CNF original bid security must be submitted before deadline bids will be opened in presence of bidders representatives performance guarantee of 10 percent will be required after approval bids validity up to 30 June 2026 eligibility requires tax registration certificates and required documents attached with technical bid technical samples must be submitted as specified procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35 late submissions will not be accepted Pro Tip Ensure timely upload of complete bid documents on EPADS and submission of original bid security to avoid disqualification
