E bids are invited from eligible bidders registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and appearing on Active Taxpayers List bidding shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope procedure procurement includes supply and installation of laminar air flow system construction of water filtration plant 1000 Ltr Hour including civil and MEP works prequalification and procurement of gamma camera SPECT CT with hot lab accessories procurement of hot air warmer blood and fluid warmer procurement of medical and general equipment for IPD ICU OT and OPD supply installation and commissioning of laboratory equipment supply installation commissioning of kitchen equipment with civil and MEP works on turnkey basis civil and MEP works for seepage and non functional washrooms procurement of CSSD consumables civil and MEP works for pharmacy warehouse and satellite pharmacy and hiring of blood bank services bidding documents available on PPRA and EPADS websites electronic bids must be submitted online through EPADS no hard copies required bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated amount in form of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order original bid security must be submitted physically before submission deadline eligibility requires tax registration and compliance with bidding documents bid validity period is 180 days procurement governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Procurement Regulations 2024 Pro Tip Ensure submission of original bid security and complete documents before deadline to avoid rejection
