The tenders for the following scheme is invited from Engineering firms contractors on Single Stage Two Envelop Procedure Technical and Financial proposal on EPADS System all the firms contractors having PEC License 2025 26 in C 2 Category or above can participate Contractors Firms must be registered on Punjab PPRA website intending contractors firms will download the criteria of evaluation from EPADS website and upload the Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal all intending contractors firms must upload the earnest money in the form of CDR Pay Order in favor of the Executive Engineer Highway Division @ 5 percent of the estimated cost the bidder will fill rates against each item of work will mention total of each item and grand total of all items on his bid document and will upload the same on the EPADS Portal not later than one hour before the time fixed for Tender Opening original CDR Pay Order must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee one hour before opening otherwise the firm contractor will not be considered Technical financial bidding documents as per criteria and supporting documents mentioned on EPADS must be uploaded on or before 11 05 2026 up to 12 00 PM Technical bid will be downloaded on 11 05 2026 at 01 00 PM and financial bid will be downloaded after 07 days of publication of technical evaluation report financial bids of only technically responsive bidders will be evaluated selection criteria lowest evaluated financial bid subject to submission of performance guarantee and PEC License contractors will be required to furnish performance security as per PPRA Rule 56 and bid security as per Rule 27 submission of fake information document including CDR Pay Order will result in disqualification and blacklisting procuring agency may reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 35 manual submission of any document shall not be entertained no joint venture is permitted bidders have to quote item rates and total amount eligibility requires valid PEC registration legal entity registration tax registrations affidavits litigation history and declaration of non blacklisting detailed evaluation criteria available on EPADS work includes Rehabilitation Re Construction of road from Dhamonke to Dhalakay Goraya via Wadala Rampur Gopipur Siyan and links length 23 36 Km completion period 24 months estimated cost Rs 745 317 M earnest money Rs 37 266 M Pro Tip Ensure all required documents and original bid security are submitted before deadline to avoid disqualification
