Sealed tenders are invited through EPADS on single stage two envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014 for construction of ladies and children park bidders must be registered with PEC Local Council Board and C and W department and active with FBR bids must be submitted through EPADS and also in hard sealed envelopes containing technical and financial proposals bid security 2 percent required in form of call deposit bids must be submitted by 13 05 2026 at 12 30 PM technical bids will be opened at 02 00 PM financial bids of qualified bidders will be opened later Pro Tip Ensure submission of both electronic and hard copy bids with required bid security before deadline
